Shipping of Your Package

Packages are generally shipped via Bartolini with tracking and delivery without a required signature. Delivery within Italy (excluding minor islands/remote areas) is expected within 3 working days from the receipt of payment.

For shipments outside of Italy, or to minor islands or remote areas, please contact customer service to receive a shipping cost estimate and the expected delivery times. Whatever shipping method you choose, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Shipping costs include handling and packaging fees as well as postage. Handling fees are fixed, while transport costs vary according to the total weight of the shipment. We recommend grouping your items in a single order, as we cannot combine two separate orders placed at different times. Therefore, shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be sent at your own risk, but special care is taken with fragile items.

Insured Shipments

Shipments are always insured against damage, theft, or loss to fully protect our customers.

If specific delivery instructions are given (e.g., leaving the package outside the mailbox or front door), the courier is not responsible for any issues that may arise.

ATTENTION: In case of a damaged or tampered package, or if a partial delivery is made, the customer is asked to report the issue by writing "RESERVED" on the delivery document provided by the courier and specifying the nature of the issue. Additionally, the customer should promptly notify our Customer Service of any irregularities by using the Contact Page or submitting an Assistance Request under the order details, attaching photos of the damage or tampering to the package.

For delivery delays, customers can contact Customer Service within 30 days of the order date, so that necessary checks can be carried out with the courier.

Free Shipping

Shipping within Italy is free for orders over €69. Discount vouchers do not contribute towards the minimum order amount for free shipping.
