To complete the experience there is a foam of spices infused with La Faretra Passo Dietro red wine: a unique and aromatic element that adds soft texture and rich spicy notes, creating a surprising and refined finish. Ingredients

  • 45 ml Fuckingin
  • 35 ml lemon juice
  • 15 ml sugar syrup
  • Spice foam infused with red wine by La Faretra Step Back

Preparation

  • Take a low Tabler and fill it with ice
  • Pour the Fuckingin, lemon juice and sugar syrup into a Shaker
  • Add the ice
  • Shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds
  • In a Mixing Glass we put 2 bar spoons of acacia honey together with 60 cl of red wine from La Faretra Passo Dietro infused with spices (cloves, anise, cinnamon, orange)
  • Use the Double Strain technique to mix the ingredients in the glass ready with the ice  
  • Fill with the wine foam
